Get ready to learn the fundamentals of freediving in this immersive two day course! Enjoy the beautiful sights of South Florida while achieving new skills and safe diving practices. This course involves multiple dive sessions over two days which include static and dynamic apnea exercises, safety scenarios, constant weight and free immersion line dives, rescue at depth and more!

Who this is for:

This course is designed for anyone interested in getting their level 1 freediver certification! Whether you are brand new to diving or a full time professional - this course is a great addition!
