Prepare for the ultimate mermaid experience and join us for an all inclusive and immersive weekend of photoshoots, freediving and mermaiding in beautiful South Florida! This is a retreat style event for individuals who have worked with Mermaid Freedive in the past or are already PADI mermaid certified. Led by professional mermaid Brandee Anthony the Vero Beach Mermaid and PADI freedive instructor Zeke Motta. The retreat is all inclusive which means the photoshoots, training, accommodations and most meals are included in the cost! ABOUT THE RETREAT
Enjoy 4 days and 3 nights in a beautiful sunny South Florida with the Mermaid Freedive team! Each day is filled with underwater photoshoots, model coaching, workshops, diving, mermaiding and lots of community time. This retreat is all inclusive which means we take care of your accommodations, daily schedule and majority of meals so that you don't have to worry about a thing! The retreat is a full bodied experience that allows you to grow and transform in ways you never thought possible while connecting with other like minded individuals. The energy of the group coupled with our highly experienced team of professionals creates a safe and welcoming environment that you are sure to enjoy.

The house property is a stunning mansion just outside Miami with its own private spring/cenote like pool. We will conduct our professional photoshoots and model coaching in the stunning clear waters filled with waterfalls. During our time at the house we will also have acro yoga, breath work, movement and cocktail workshops in the tropical cabana. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy some fun activities outside the house property and a dive day down in the beautiful Florida Keys! The emphasis on this retreat is content creation and connecting to your authentic style. Throughout the weekend you will have many activities that allow you to explore your style both in front of and behind the lens through creative shoots and workshops that allow you to open up and expand in your true style.

Shared room with twin bed $2500 (up to 4 in a room)

Beds packages are based on first come first serve and have very limited availability! When booking please be sure to mention which accommodation you are interested in.
PHOTOSHOOTS
There will be two main photoshoots over the course of the weekend. The first shoot will focus on wearing a mermaid tail and the second will focus on a concept of your choosing. We have a huge selection of tails, tops and gowns/fabrics available for use during the shoots. Each shoot will focus on different aspects and include underwater model coaching. Shoots will also include behind the scenes video that you can use on your social media channels. The goal with these two sessions is to curate creative content for you to have for your brand or business and for personal use online.

Prior to the retreat you will receive a one on on call with Brandee to create your dream photoshoot concepts in advance so you are fully prepared when it comes time for the retreat!

THE SIGN UP STEPS
-Read through this page carefully
-Hit the apply now button at the bottom
-Submit your application and include full responses (we read through all applications when considering approval)
-Once you have submitted your application wait for a response
-If you receive an acceptance response you will be sent an invoice and forms to sign
-You have 24 hrs to submit both the payment and forms to save your spot
-Once you have submitted your payment and forms you will receive a welcome email and info packet
-After receiving the info packet, please be sure to book any gear rental right away
-Complete your three PADI E learnings if applicable (Advanced Mermaid) as soon as possible so not to forget
-If a doctor signature is needed on your medical, get that done right away (medicals are valid for one year)
-Be sure to add yourself to the Facebook group to get to know everyone and coordinate ride share if desired
-We will post updates leading up to the retreat in the Facebook group so turn notifications on

IMPORTANT INFO:
This retreat has very limited spots. To ensure the best experience for all, there is an application process. If you are eligible for the retreat you will be contacted in order in which you are received to move to the next step of payment! Full payment is due upfront to take a spot! Please visit the FAQ page before emailing with any questions!

After you have submitted your payment upon application approval, you will be emailed a welcome packet outlining all of the specific details about the retreat, what you will need and how to best prepare.
If you are flying in, the best option is to rent a car as you will need transportation. Miami International airport is closest to our destination and Fort Lauderdale International airport is about an hour away.

THESE SPOTS ARE ABSOLUTELY NON REFUNDABLE!!!!
There are no conditions in which your spot and payment would be refunded to you unless the retreat is canceled in emergency situations. These retreats are highly time intensive for our team and very limited in spots. Once you have paid you cannot ask for your money back under any circumstances. We highly recommend purchasing dive trip insurance to cover you in case of an unforeseen need to cancel.

If you are over 45 or have any medical conditions - please see the required medical form before signing up! There are no refunds if you sign up and do not pass your medical. Medical form can be found here. Pay close attention to the questions, not everyone will need a doctors signature so be sure to check if you do or not!
