Thank you for your interest in being a special guest at the 2027 Mermaid Freedive Annual Event! This community based event is made possible by our incredible sponsors and the individuals that contribute to the experience.

Special guests are those that lead water workshops, vendors, exhibitors and speakers at the event. We curate a team of skilled professional from the industry to share their talents and work with the event attendees. When applying please be very thorough in your responses and have a clear vision as to what you want to offer.

We require our team to be professional and prompt while working the event with us. In return for your time and expertise we provide social media and website recognition and a free 3 day general ticket to the event. Please note we  have a very limited amount of spots for special guests.

You are also welcome to apply to work on the internal team if this interests you. ​Working on the internal team is fun and highly active. It's a great way to connect with us and get more involved with the event. We offer in house accommodations and additional meals for team members. There are just 4 spots available for internal team members. You can find more info to apply here!
