ABOUT THE RETREAT
Enjoy 8 days and 7 nights exploring the incredible islands of Fiji. Our days will be filled with sandy beaches, private islands, incredible diving, mermaiding, photoshoots, cultural experiences and so much more. This retreat is all inclusive which means we take care of your accommodations, daily schedule and meals so that you don't have to worry about a thing! The energy of the group coupled with our highly experienced team of professionals creates a safe and welcoming environment that allows you to fully immerse yourself in the experience. This retreat is open to proficient mermaid divers. You must be agency certified and carry dive travel insurance to attend.

ABOUT THE STAY
We will be staying at two beautiful resorts during the trip. Each property has its own unique offerings that you are sure to enjoy! Due to limited space and trying to keep this affordable for all, accommodations are only offered as shared spaces and are first come first serve.
Each location will offer spaces with 2-5 people in a Bure. Sleeping accommodations will be first come first serve options.

You must be Advanced Mermaid or Level 1 Freedive certified
DAN dive trip insurance will be required to attend this retreat
CUISINE
Full board food accommodations will be included with your retreat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. These items are made to order at the resort and accommodate a variety of menu options to choose from. Additional beverages and alcohol are not included in the retreat.

Due to the location of this retreat we are unable to personally rent any mermaid or dive gear however some of the dive shops may rent snorkeling style equipment.
PHOTOSHOOTS
1 mini underwater and 1 mini beach session are included in the retreat. Upgrade sessions or add on video to capture your time in gorgeous Fiji!

Shoots will take place in an array of different sites throughout the islands over the course of the trip. Mermaid, freediver or conceptual themes are available for the shoots. You can book more than one shoot and photo/video combo packages as well!
Please note you can also create your own content at any time! There will be many hands to help you get great shots if you don't want to book a full pro photoshoot!
THE SIGN UP STEPS

-Submit your application and include full responses (we read through all applications when considering approval)
-Once you have submitted your application wait for a response
-If you receive an acceptance response you will be sent an invoice and forms to sign
-You have 24 hrs to submit a $1000 non refundable deposit and sign all forms to save your spot
-Once you make your non refundable deposit you officially have a spot on the retreat pending you complete all remaining payments.
Due to the nature of this retreat we must meet a minimum of attendees to run the trip. If we hit our minimum, the additional full amount on your invoice is due by Feb 1st, 2026 (installments available upon request). If we do not need our requirements, you will receive a full refund.
-If we meet our quota, you will receive a payment reminder for your remaining balance which will be due on Feb 1st, 2026
-Once second payment is received you will receive a welcome book with all the information and details for the trip
IMPORTANT INFO:
This retreat has very limited spots and is non refundable at all times.
You will fly into Nadi International Airport where you will wait for the group to transfer together over to the Marina. If you would like to fly in before the retreat and transfer yourself to the Marina on the 12th you can certainly do that as well. We will work with you personally to book travel to ensure everything runs smoothly through the planning process! Many more details to follow upon sign up!
THESE SPOTS ARE ABSOLUTELY NON REFUNDABLE!!!!
There are no conditions in which your spot and payment would be refunded to you unless the retreat is canceled by Mermaid Freedive or we do not meet our minimum requirements to run. These retreats are highly time intensive for our team and very limited in spots. We highly recommend purchasing dive trip insurance to cover you in case of an unforeseen need to cancel. Please note that everything is weather dependent.
