ABOUT THE RETREAT
Enjoy 4 days and 3 nights in a beautiful Miami, Florida with Charity Grace and Brandee the Vero Beach Mermaid! Each day is filled with photoshoots, model coaching, concept styling, DIY workshops, mermaiding, acro yoga, good food and tons of fun. This retreat is all inclusive which means we take care of your accommodations, daily schedule and majority of meals so that you don't have to worry about a thing! The retreat is a full bodied experience that allows you to grow and transform in ways you never thought possible while connecting with other like minded individuals. The energy of the group coupled with our highly experienced team of professionals creates a safe and welcoming environment that you are sure to enjoy.
The house property is a stunning mansion absolutely packed with things to do and stuff to shoot with. The property boasts an incredible pool with water walls, jacuzzi, tree house, firepit, pickleball court, cabana, outdoor furniture, dining table, BBQ grill, chill spots and a BKB hoop. The interior has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, an office, a pool table and the dreamiest bath tub perfect for photoshoots! During our time at the house we conduct two photoshoots, DIY bra top workshop, model coaching, styling with Charity, access to our closets of amazing outfits and accessories, delicious meals and more! We will have acro yoga, breath work, movement and cocktail workshops in the evenings for a relaxing and fun wind down. And to end the retreat we will enjoy a full day out on the water in Miami! Think bikins, cocktails and clear waters!

Bed packages are based on first come first serve and have very limited availability! When booking please be sure to mention in the application which accommodation you are interested in and if you are sharing a bed.
You can share beds with a friend for a lower rate! If sharing a queen or king bed, the cost per person is reduced by $200 per person.
PHOTOSHOOTS
There will be two photoshoots over the course of the weekend. One shoot will be dry and one will be underwater. The property has many amazing opportunities for us to shoot on! We have a huge selection of tails, tops and gowns/fabrics available for use during the shoots. Each shoot will focus on different aspects and include model coaching and personal styling as well as behind the scenes video. The goal with these two sessions is to curate creative content for you to have for your brand and help you expand your talents and experience with modeling and content.
Prior to the retreat you will receive a 1:2 call with Brandee and Charity to create your dream photoshoot concepts in advance so you are fully prepared when it comes time for the retreat!
THE SIGN UP STEPS

-Submit your application and include full responses (we read through all applications when considering approval)
-Once you have submitted your application wait for a response
-If you receive an acceptance response you will be sent an invoice and forms to sign
-You have 24 hrs to submit both the payment and forms to save your spot
-Once you have submitted your payment and forms you will receive a welcome email and info packet
-If a doctor signature is needed on your medical, get that done right away (medicals are valid for one year)
-Be sure to add yourself to the Facebook group to get to know everyone and coordinate ride share if desired
-We will post updates leading up to the retreat in the Facebook group so turn notifications on

This retreat has very limited spots. To ensure the best experience for all, there is an application process. If you are eligible for the retreat you will be contacted in order in which you are received to move to the next step of payment! Full payment is due upfront to take a spot! Please visit the FAQ page before emailing with any questions!
After you have submitted your payment upon application approval, you will be emailed a welcome packet outlining all of the specific details about the retreat, what you will need and how to best prepare.
If you are flying in, the best option is to rent a car as you will need transportation. Miami International airport is closest to our destination and Fort Lauderdale International airport is about an hour away.
THESE SPOTS ARE ABSOLUTELY NON REFUNDABLE!!!!
There are no conditions in which your spot and payment would be refunded to you unless the retreat is canceled in emergency situations. These retreats are highly time intensive for our team and very limited in spots. Once you have paid you cannot ask for your money back under any circumstances. We highly recommend purchasing dive trip insurance to cover you in case of an unforeseen need to cancel.
If you are over 45 or have any medical conditions - please see the required medical form before signing up! There are no refunds if you sign up and do not pass your medical. Medical form can be found here. Pay close attention to the questions, not everyone will need a doctors signature so be sure to check if you do or not!
