With the budding interest in mermaid life and all the magical things that come with it, we are not surprised that you want to become a mermaid! Get ready to take the adventure of a lifetime and become a certified PADI mermaid with Mermaid Freedive®. We have a couple of fun and unique ways that you can get your PADI mermaid and freedive certifications!
1: Attend one of our flagship retreats
Our retreats are set in the beautiful Florida springs over a course of 4 days and 3 nights. Guests enjoy camp style accommodations in the Florida wilderness with the company of up to 12 attendees and 4 instructors. During this time we have a packed schedule of freediving, mermaiding, community, business mentoring, acro yoga, breath work and meditation. In addition to all of the awesome sessions we also include all your food and stay in one! Once you arrive at location you can sit back and enjoy, we will take care of the rest! This retreat allows you to earn your PADI Freediver and Mermaid/Advanced Mermaid certifications.
2: Attend a group class
If you don't feel ready to attend a combo retreat or the available dates don't work for you, thats okay! We also offer group classes for both Mermaiding and group classes for Freediving. Join us in a variety of beautiful bodies of water for the PADI certification courses in a relaxing atmosphere. These courses are led by two instructors and are smaller in scale.
3. Book a private class
Want the ultimate 1:1 experience? Or perhaps you have a group of your own that would like to get certified privately? Either way we have you covered! Book a private class in the location and dates of your choosing! We are happy to accommodate you on your next trip to Florida or for a specific date in mind! Want us to come to you? We can also be booked anywhere in the world to come out and conduct a class for you and your group or retreat!
